Step 1: It All Begins When You Contact Us...

Make contact with us for a free, no obligation consultation - you have 2 options:

Step 4: You Delegate Your Tasks

VMF has a comprehensive range of services to meet the demands of any diverse small to medium online business. In addition to the contact you will have with Michelle, who is your dedicated online business consultant and manager, we also have 3 department managers who you may collaborate with you depending on the nature of your business and services we are providing.

The 3 heads of department are for:
1: Administration and Social Media
2: Design and Technical Development
3: Content and Search Engine Optimisation

You'll liaise with Michelle and agree together your individual projects and tasks or ongoing business support schedule, which will then be assigned to the specialist head of department, to be implemented by our skilled in-house team of virtual professionals. These heads of department oversee, in great detail, all of your work ensuring it is completed on time and to an excellent standard. Please note, we don't offer a single dedicated VA who does everything, we hire individuals who are skilled in various areas of expertise, and match your tasks with the required skill set, so behind the scenes, whilst you'll generally only work with our managers, there could be one person or several people working together to provide you with an outstanding result.
