"My business was growing and getting increasingly dis-organised. I was struggling to control my admin and losing clients in the process. Michelle literally saved the day. She created a back office for my admin. Complete with an area for my freelance team to register the hours they'd worked. All my contracts and invoices go through Michelle and they look so much more professional.
